9th ANNUAL AMERICAS FOOD AND BEVERAGE AWARDS COMPETITION

JUDGING PANEL: The AF&B Awards Committee, moderated by leading food and beverage experts, are appointed as the Judging Panel representative of restaurants, media, supermarket chains, catering, grocery stores and gourmet stores to select winners. The Panel meets on Thursday, October 7, 2010 to taste and judge all products. Products receiving the three highest scores in each category will be declared as the “Three Finalists”. The product that receives the highest score among the three finalists in each category is declared the winner. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FORMS AND PRODUCTS:  10/04/2010

MARKETING INCENTIVES: In addition to the awards and cocktail reception the following marketing incentives are provided to winners; Detailed press releases with photo of winning product, company description, product description and company logo, awards showcase, daily announcements of winners made during the show, winners posted in the show’s 2010 and 2011 official website, TV and Newspaper media coverage at the cocktail awards reception, flags of winning countries posted at the awards reception, list of media receiving press releases, winners added to the 2010 and 2011 Newsletters, websites of winners will be hyper-linked in the AF&B Newsletter and stories on the winners will appear in the newsletter and promoted in “special press releases” to the food and beverage industry media, show’s official logo provided for reproduction on stationery and promotional materials, free advertisement in the AF&B Show Directory.

AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT: The Awards presentation takes place on Monday, October 25, 2010 at the Awards Ceremony Cocktail Reception. Invitations will be sent to all finalists however all exhibitors and buyers are invited.
