We ask exhibitors to take a few minutes to review the attached, and very important, “Food & Beverage Sampling Policies Regulations and Required Forms”

Centerplate is the official exclusive caterer to the Miami Beach Convention Center, where you will be participating at the 2023 show.

You will need to become familiarized with these policies and are required to complete the two brief “Authorization Request” forms and email, or fax, them completed and signed to Mr. Andrew Brailsford, prior to the show, information below.
