🇺🇸 When the world comes to the table, business follows.
Tonight, the United States takes center stage as the 2026 Country of Honor at the 30th Anniversary of the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, a milestone that coincides with America’s 250th Anniversary.
At the heart of this recognition is the largest A Taste of the States: Miami pavilion in the show’s history: 22,200 square feet showcasing 165 U.S. food & beverage companies and 12 state departments of agriculture, while connecting American producers with international buyers and markets.
More than a reception, this is a statement about the scale and global reach of American agriculture and about Miami’s increasingly strategic role as a meeting point for commerce across the Americas and the world.
For more than 25 years, the World Trade Center Miami, NASDA and USDA have worked together to create connections between U.S. producers and international buyers. Tonight, that partnership enters a new chapter.
30 years of connection. 250 years of America. One global marketplace. 🇺🇸🌎

🇺🇾🥩 When provenance becomes premium value.
Today, Uruguay Beef took the Center Stage at the 30th Anniversary of the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, showcasing why Uruguayan beef has become one of the country’s most powerful global exports.
In 2025, Uruguay generated nearly US$2.75 billion in beef exports, driven by strong international demand, higher export values and a growing presence in strategic markets across North America. (INAC)
But the business story goes beyond volume. Uruguay continues to compete on traceability, grass-fed production, natural positioning and premiumization — turning origin into a commercial advantage in a global protein market increasingly focused on quality, transparency and differentiation. USDA also highlights Uruguay’s push into higher-value niches including natural, organic, grass-fed and kosher beef. (USDA Apps)
From the ranch to the global table, Uruguay shows how a national product can become a premium international brand.
Uruguay Beef: origin you can trace, quality you can taste, value built to travel. 🇺🇾🌎

🇵🇪 From biodiversity to global business.
Peru officially opened its Pavilion at the 30th Anniversary of the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, bringing one of Latin America’s fastest-growing agrifood export stories to the international stage.
In 2025, Peru reached a historic US$15 billion in agricultural exports, powered by products such as blueberries, grapes, avocados, coffee, cacao, mangoes and asparagus — and reaching more than 100 international markets.
But Peru’s competitive advantage goes beyond volume. It lies in biodiversity, origin, premium ingredients and the ability to transform agricultural excellence into value-added products for global consumers.
At the Americas Food & Beverage Show, that strength meets buyers, distributors and new commercial opportunities across the Americas.
Today, Peru cuts the ribbon.
Tomorrow, new markets open. 🇵🇪🌎

🇹🇭 From culinary influence to global economic power.
Thailand officially opened its Pavilion at the 30th Anniversary of the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, bringing one of Asia’s most powerful food economies to a marketplace connecting buyers, distributors and industry leaders from around the world.
Thailand is already the 8th-largest agricultural and food exporter globally, with $50.9 billion in exports in 2024. Behind those numbers is a sophisticated ecosystem spanning rice, tropical fruits, seafood and poultry to ingredients, beverages and an increasingly important processed-food industry.
But Thailand’s next chapter is about more than volume. It is about innovation, value-added products, Future Food and transforming culinary influence into international market share.
At the Americas Food & Beverage Show, that ambition meets opportunity across the Americas.

The Netherlands officially opened its Pavilion at the 30th Anniversary of the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, bringing one of the world’s most sophisticated agrifood ecosystems to the international stage.
In 2025 alone, Dutch agricultural exports reached €137.5 billion — spanning dairy, cocoa, horticulture, meat, fruits, vegetables, beverages and value-added foods.
But the Dutch food story is bigger than exports. It is a business model built around innovation, processing, logistics and global connectivity — transforming a highly concentrated market into a powerful player across international food supply chains.
At the Americas Food & Beverage Show, that expertise meets a new gateway: buyers, distributors and business opportunities across the Americas.
The ribbon is cut. The next market is open. 🇳🇱🌎
