  • To be admitted, buyers must be of 18 years of age or older and must provide documentation reflecting a direct and professional affiliation in the industry.
  • Possession of luggage, cases with wheels, strollers, etc. are not permitted on the exhibition floor at any time.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside of the facility so buyers must exit the building and smoke in designated areas.
  • Exhibitors must grant permission to buyers before photos of their products can be taken.
  • Videotaping or personal recording is not permitted at the show without show management authorization.
  • No entity or individual is permitted to display or demonstrate its products or services, or distribute promotional materials in the exhibit hall, hallways, corridors or any associated space. Violating these policies constitute trespassing and will result in the immediate removal of the person and its associated materials.
  • Inappropriate behavior will not be allowed anywhere in the facility and for the protection of all participants, show management reserves the right to revoke registration badges and show security will escort individual(s) outside of the exhibition hall and premises.

The Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public.

Register as a Non-Exhibiting Buyer/Attendee if you are  a retailer, importer, exporter, distributor, food service provider (hotels, venues, caterers, etc.),supermarket, manufacturer, supplier, association, or government.

Visa Information
The following information should help assist you in your travel planning to the 2023 Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference. If you are an international visitor or exhibitor at 2023 Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference, please be aware current wait times for first-time visa appointments and visa renewals in some countries range from one month up to a year.

Wait times depend on location and time of year, but you can find specific procedures and estimated wait times by checking your U.S. Embassy/Consulate’s website.

Request a Visa Invitation Letter:

You must be either an exhibitor or registered as a buyer/attendee for the  2023 Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference to receive a Letter of Invitation. Please note that we are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the SHOW.

Please allow approximately 3-4 business days to review your submission and process your letter.

WTCM Buyers Program

Approval is required. Buyers are qualified through a review of their registration form and the credentials they provide.Buyer Program benefits include:

Must be:

Established U.S. & Foreign food importers, grocery wholesalers, major food retailers, distributors, specialized retailers, manufacturers, and food service providers/ operators.

Top management in charge of purchasing/buying, negotiating and importing.

Press/Media/Blogger/Social Media

Registration is complimentary upon approval from Show management. Press: Classified as working journalists in print, broadcast and digital media for established trade or consumer publications, online or broadcast media outlets. This includes reporters, writers, editors, producers, photographers and camera crews.

Freelancers: Must have published or broadcast within the past 12 months on topics related to the food & beverage industry. Please submit clips or a link to articles as part of the badge registration process. If on assignment, please include a letter of assignment from a publication.

Bloggers: Must provide evidence that they have been active and blogging for at least 12 months on topics related to the industry. Please upload links to blog and postings as part of the registration process.

Social media influencers (those who do not have a qualifying blog but own and manage a social media account of 2,000 or more followers on at least one social network: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on content relevance and quality.

Media Services: Publishers, media execs, or media sales for an outlet that has relevance to the industry. Proof of business and title are required as part of the registration process.
