MIAMI, FL – On September 16, 2024, the World Trade Center Miami (WTCM) will open doors to its annual Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference (AF&B) at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Co-located within Halls A, B & C of the Convention Center, Informa Markets LATAM is joining forces to converge two premier food industry events under one roof: the Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference and Food Hospitality LATAM. This collaboration sets a new standard for food industry gatherings, offering an unmatched forum for exchange and evolution in the field.
With show dates running September 16-18, 2024, the 28th edition of Americas Food & Beverage, along with Food Hospitality LATAM shows will occupy three exhibition halls over three days at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. The combined event is set to establish new show records with over 900 Exhibits and an anticipated attendance of 10,000 Buyers and Attendees. The Show is a B2B event, open to industry professionals only.
Over 20 international Pavilions from nations across 5 continents will be alongside the US Pavilion titled “A Taste of the States,” which is sponsored and organized by The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA). Among the largest international Pavilions is the Kingdom of Morocco, selected this year as the 2024 AF&B Country of Honor.

Aside from the business activity on the show floor, Center Stage, located within the AF&B exhibition area will offer 3 days of hourly live food demonstrations by chefs and experts in food preparation. The demonstrations offer companies the opportunity to promote their food products and service before a captive audience of food and beverage professionals from 112+ countries around the world while accessing a worldwide audience through targeted marketing, a strong internet footprint, a large media presence and Live Streaming on YouTube!
Similarly, the extremely popular Beverage Stage will offer multiple daily beverage demonstrations offering a “show-and-taste” way to introduce new beverage products and their versatility to a large participating audience. The live demonstrations and tastings will include a wide array of beverage products, from non-alcoholic mocktails to hard liquors, to mixers, infused teas, and energy drinks.
Informative, educational and engaging, the AF&B Conference will offer 3 days, for a total of 12 seminars, presentations and workshops focused on the latest in food and beverage trends, new and changing consumer behaviors, top rules and tips for importing food products into the U.S. market, food packaging, how to reach out to the Hispanic F&B market, regulatory advice, as well as future and economic outlooks in the industry. Several presentations will be conducted in Spanish.
